Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Offinity Diaries (hereinafter "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old (in accordance with GDPR)
• Be legally capable of entering into a contract
• Not have been previously suspended or excluded from the Service

Description of Service

Offinity Diaries is a platform that allows users to:

• Keep a personal journal related to their projects
• Share their progress with a small circle of trusted people
• Receive support and caring comments

Registration and Account

Authentication is done via Google OAuth. By signing in, you authorize us to access your basic profile information (name, email, profile picture). You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity on your account.

Usage Rules

By using Offinity Diaries, you agree to:

• Respect other users and their content
• Not publish illegal, defamatory content, or content infringing on others' rights
• Not use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Not interfere with the operation of the Service
• Not transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Not attempt to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Service
• Use the badge and invitation system responsibly

Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you publish (journal entries, comments, etc.). By publishing content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display this content to users you have authorized.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its source code, design, features, and documentation, is our exclusive property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these terms.

Privacy and Circle of Trust

The "circle of trust" system allows you to control who can see your journal. However, members of your circle can invite third parties into conversations. Choose your trusted people carefully.

Hosting and Data

Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service accessible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, without notice or liability.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for:

• Content published by users
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Data loss or service interruption

Our total liability is limited to amounts you may have paid us.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these terms.

Changes

We may modify these terms. Significant changes will be notified to you by email or via the application.

Governing Law
