For each of its users, Offinity Diaries is already a space of trust. An organization space does not replace that trust: it settles inside it, and adds two layers of its own.

Everyone chooses their own circle, decides who reads their logbook, and stays in charge of what they share. Nothing public, nothing indexed, nothing pushed to anyone who was not invited.

A dedicated environment in your own colors, where the faces and the setting are familiar. A collective, not a sum of individual accounts with nothing tying them together: people write differently when they know where they are writing, and to whom.
The three layers add up: nothing is taken away from you, everything is added.
People too often underestimate the difference between having access to someone's content and having it by default in your feed. They are not the same thing, and everything hinges on that nuance.
Outside an organization — by default
Only your influencers receive your logbook in their feed. They can reshare it, but always within a circle, by explicit invitation. There is no public sharing. Your content is not on your profile, and cannot be found through search.
Inside the organization's space
Your influencers inside still receive it automatically; nothing changes for them.
What's added: any member of the organization can now read your logbook by visiting your profile.
What's removed: your influencers who are not members of the organization do not receive this content — it stays confined inside the space.
Example: if Annie shares something on her personal logbook, her three influencers — Bob, Charlie and Diana — read it in their feed. If Annie shares inside her company's space, her best friend Diana, who is not a colleague, will not receive it. Annie's colleagues, on the other hand, can all go to her profile and read what she shares there within the company.

What this mechanism does not change: the author can still use an "@" mention to extend the recipients of a shared entry beyond their first circle of influencers and influencees. Everything I am offered to read is intentional, consented to. No algorithmic distribution.
The logbook, the circle of trust, the badges, sharing intentions… all the building blocks that make Offinity Diaries singular, simply available at the scale of your collective. Every member keeps their own path, their own goals, and the choice of who they invite to read it.
Everyone's personal space is always still there. The organization's space is added to it, it never replaces it. With every new entry, it is up to the person writing to choose the right place to share it — their personal circle, or the collective's space. That responsibility always stays theirs.
Your colors, your logo: your space is recognizable at a glance as yours, not as one generic page among others.
To help them animate the community, the administrators of a space have the privilege of publishing special entries on their logbook, shown to every member of their space.
Saying thank you to a mentor doesn't always sit well with a direct money transfer: some don't want to — or can't — receive money personally, and in a company, colleagues paying each other can quickly become awkward.
So the administrator of a space can enable a gratitude channel that goes through a third party rather than through the person being thanked directly: Offinity, your own incubator, charitable associations… you choose which ones, freely, with no validation from us.
Mentors always remain sovereign in their freedom to offer, or not, a gratitude link on their profile page, depending on the space they work in.
If you've been through our pricing page for the general public (free as in free speech), you already know that we place our relationship to money in a broader, more inclusive frame. There is no public price grid: the price is worked out with you, according to the size of your organization, its mission, and any other material or non-market flows. Supporting entrepreneurs is not the same mission as running a company intranet, and our answer will adapt to that.
The ideal size for a private space is between 200 and 1,000 people: too large for informal individual follow-up to be enough, small enough for decision-making to stay governable through dialogue.
Your subscription contributes to maintaining the whole platform, which also benefits every project owner who has no supporting structure to fund them. Thank you, on their behalf. We should all have the right to a trusted space online where we are safe, with no algorithm and no advertising.
